Step 1:


Start with a 800×600 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and fill the background with black color shade. Now make a new layer set and name it 'Circle Design'. In a new layer, draw a green circle with #00FF2A color shade and 151 x 151 px dimensions. In another new layer, draw a light green circle with #00FF67 color shade and 118 x 118 px dimensions. Then in another new layer, draw a white circle with 95 x 95 px dimensions.

Step 2:


Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Glow, and Gradient Overlay blending options to the white circle layer. Then set the layer's blending mode to Darken.

Step 3:


In a new layer, draw a white circle with 95 x 95 px dimensions positioned as shown below.

Step 4:


Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Glow, and Gradient Overlay blending options to the second white circle layer. Then set the layer's blending mode to Darken.

Step 5:


Duplicate the 'Circle Design' layer set and merge it through Layer > Merge Layer Set. Resize the circle design duplicate through Edit > Transform > Scale. Then duplicate the circle design duplicate and resize it again as shown below. Make sure you place all the duplicates inside the original 'Circle Design' layer set.

Step 6:


Merge the original 'Circle Design' layer set so it becomes a regular layer. Then under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Shadow, Inner Glow, and Gradient Overlay blending options.

Step 7:


Make a new layer set and name it 'Candy Design'. Place the circle design layer from step six inside the candy design layer set. Now in a new layer, draw a black circle with 117 x 117 px dimensions.

Step 8:


Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Shadow, and Gradient Overlay blending options to the black circle layer. Then set the layer's blending mode to Lighten.

Step 9:


Duplicate the 'Candy Design' layer set and merge it through Layer > Merge Layer Set. Now apply a Plastic Wrap effect through Filter > Artistic, use the settings below. Then set the layer's blending mode to Hard Light.

Step 10:


Select the Rounded Rectangle Tool and set the radius setting to 20 px on the Options bar. In a new layer, draw a vertical rounded rectangle with #CCBF92 color shade and 18 x 132 px dimensions.

Step 11:


Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Shadow, Inner Glow, and Satin blending options to the vertical rounded rectangle layer.

Step 12:


Now Place the green candy design on the stick. Then in a new layer, draw a small black rounded rectangle between the candy design and the stick as shown below.

Step 13:


Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Gradient Overlay blending option to the small black rounded rectangle layer. Then set the layer's blending mode to Lighten.
