Step 1:
Let’s start out by creating a new file. I used a 600×400 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with white. Now make a new layer set and name it '3D Server'. Create a new layer, using the Pen Tool, draw a slanted gray rectangle with #494949 color shade and 116 x 51 px dimensions.
Step 2:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Shadow, Inner Glow, and Gradient Overlay blending options to the slanted gray rectangle layer.

Step 3:
In a new layer, draw a smaller slanted rectangle with a white color shade on top of the gray design.
Step 4:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Shadow, and Gradient Overlay blending options to the slanted white rectangle layer. Then set the layer's blending mode to Darken.

Step 5:
Create a new layer, draw a smaller slanted gray rectangle with #323232 color shade on the left side of the top design.
Step 6:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Overlay blending option to the smaller slanted gray rectangle layer.

Now add the left side slanted gray rectangle with #3D3D3D color shade on the 3D server design, as shown below.
Step 8:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Gradient Overlay blending option to the left side slanted rectangle layer.

Step 9:
Create a new layer, draw a small slanted rectangle with a white color shade on the left side of the 3D server.
Step 10:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Gradient Overlay blending option to the white slanted rectangle layer. Then set the layer's blending mode to Darken.

In a new layer, draw a small slanted black rectangle on the right side of the 3D Server design.
Step 12:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Glow, and Gradient Overlay blending options to the small slanted black rectangle layer.

Step 13:
In separate layers, draw five short 2px gray lines on the right side of the 3D server. Make them fade by editing the opacity levels. Now select the Horizontal Text Tool, on the Options bar, set the font family to Arial, bold, 1 pt, smooth, and #00F0FF color shade. In a new text layer, type random numbers such as 34.362 on the small slanted black rectangle design. You have to go to Edit > Transform > Skewed to make the text fit with the design.
Step 14:
Duplicate the '3D Server' layer set, and stack it on top of the original.
Step 15:
Select the Brush Tool and set the brush setting to a 1 px hard brush. Then set your foreground color to #FF0000 color shade on the Tools Window. Now create a new layer, with the Pen Tool, make a random bended line. Right click on the canvas and apply a Stroke Path, use the settings below. Position the red wire with the 3D servers. Once you have the wire design, delete the path.
Step 16:
Add more wires with different colors such as yellow, blue, and white.
